How to face the economy crisis. Here is how Alan Cohen views economy. Maybe this is how we can slow down and maybe even stop the economy crisis? 

During the past 10 years, the economy is at the top of the list of the urgent issues triggering talks and new motions. In the US, the government is launching new policies and measures to try to solve the economic emergency and predicament.  Presenting some suggestions to deal with the economic stress and feel better, also to produce positive results. So this is Alan Cohen suggestions in the following plan. I am not an economic expert and so I don’t understand the mechanics of the economy because of its complexity; nevertheless this makes sense. 

Step 1: Seeing the Big Picture  

A good visionary person sees the Big Picture when facing the actual appearances proving the contrary.

The “big Picture is complete Abundance, infinite resources, balanced and healthy economic system, etc. to those who see these. A true visionary individual will flourish and succeed under any condition. There are at all time people who flourish in hard economic periods, and people who struggle in times of prosperity. It is not the current economy condition which decide for your well being. It is your consciousness face to it. So you have the power to create your own individual prosperous economy  on a personal level, and as you do this you may even uplift the general economy! For instance, the greatest achievements of the 20th  century are the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and the Empire State Building in New York City. Both were funded and constructed during the Great Depression. So some people did not let them affected by the general outlook on the harsh economic times, and the general beliefs of the masses. These are people who always will prosper even in the most difficult times, and so can you, and through your abundance you even can inspire others and help them to do so.

2 Trust the Higher Power

Whenever the human business seem to go down, the Divine approach become very real. This higher power is running the Universe better than even the most skilled economist experts. The more connected you stay with this Higher power, the more you will reach inner peace, and you skills to make sound money decisions.

Like Theseus in the Labyrinth, whenever you feel lost in the worldly life, hold on to your connection with True Spirit. There is a spiritual solution to every problem. And there is no more sound advice that this in these economic times.  

3  Danger and Opportunity  

The Chinese symbol for crisis in 2 symbols mixed into one ; It is “danger “ and “opportunity” . The danger that appears to be in the current situation. And also there is an opportunity . “all change is good”. Perhaps there is a natural balancing happening making the economy stronger. Whenever we face a crisis, we are moved to make decisions that improve our life, (our personal world).

4 Know your priorities:   

In an episode of “Fantasy Island “ a gambler lives his fantasy to create a winning streak. But mesmerized by his gambling, he forgets about his son. Finally he realizes that he is the luckiest man not for winning but for having his family. 

When money seems tight, we have a window of insight to see how rich we are. If we use this time to grow closer to our families, home, nature, activities that bring us joy, our true self, and our Higher Power , this disturbance serve us well!

5 Money needs to Circulate:   

We need to keep moving our energy, including financially . “All disease is due to a congestion, and all healing is the result of a good circulation.” This concept applies accurately to the economic situation.  Whenever people, are scared to spend money, there is less money in circulation; and then people are more afraid to spend, and so forth, and so on. But, when consumers act from abundance and trust, the dynamics shift.

So now is a good time to spend your money.  When you do that, you set the wheels of economics into motion. You set the wheels of Abundance in motion, you feel you have enough to spend, and money moves not just from you but to you! Yes , money goes around.

6 Live in the Now Every Moment

Don’t fool yourself thinking that you will relax and enjoy life when the current crisis is over. But that is like the carrot at the tip of the stick which you will never get. Either your life is rewarding right now, or it will never be. Now is the right opportunity to enjoy your day and your life, regardless of money. Stop , take a moment and say a nice word to the cashier, play with your spouse or kids, take a stride in the park, or do your hobby.

Everything always works out. Be cheerful, be uplifted and uplift others, and you will contribute to the economy, and to the spiritual world in a big way.

Here are the steps for Healing yourself. 

First Step:  Do not be afraid of the noticeable, visible condition — at this very moment. Just trust your power. 

Second Step: Realize that your condition is only the result of Past thinking, that has no power on continuing the existence of the disease. 

Third Step: Is to praise, pay tribute to the miracle of the Healing power of God-Source-Universe. Doing this stop immediatly the production of all spiritual and mental poison and/or toxics in your body or in the body of the person you are assisting. 

Live in the realization of your wish, your desire, longing or aspiration, and soon your thought and emotion are going to take place. Do not let yourself influenced by any [negative] opinion of others and or your own basic fear, but experience with your feelings the belief that God-Source-Universe is in the process and act [at this very moment as you are reading] in your mind and body. 

This is what Dr. Joseph Murphy asserts as a process to heal. Hayhouse publishing has published several of his books. Dr. Murphy said, ” The healing presence of God is within you. This miraculous power is in your subconscious mind , if scientifically directed, can heal your mind, body, and [affairs of] all diseases and impediments.”

On a personal note, add laughing, being grateful, playing games, volunteering, anything that makes you feel great, will accelerate your healing. 

This is the power of Your mind!

How to heal yourself… You know, You have the power to heal. You have this Power that is in You, in your True Self, your Higher Self. Let me give you some tips how to heal yourself.  It is all about gathering your energy (that you have in you) and channeling it towards self healing. 

*Start to say thank you for the things you have in life,
First the obvious : Be grateful for your physical health. Look at your body, look at your face. look at your eyes. and wonder how everything is just so perfect, so beautiful.

*Then, make a list of all the good things you have received, lived, or experienced in the past 6 months. Your new tool, printer, computer, iphone, ipad, new shoes, new shirt, new jeans, anything that is new.

*Remains positive, laugh with your friends or do things you love. photograph, draw, read, watch a good movie, paint, play the piano, dance (even alone, why not?). Keep looking for the positive side of life. Miracles are all around you, just be aware of them. 

*You have the power to heal. Invoke it ! say, think, “I am capable of healing of any sickness and illness!”  The doctors know
some areas in health based on traditional western medicine, but they have NO power to heal You, because this is something that
is going on inside of You, in Your own mind/body. What doctors do is to take a guess of how to alleviate the pain, observe the symptoms, and try to stop the illness. But all that is just guessing, based on their knowledge.  They are focused on methods, not the end result. 

If you believe in your Higher Self or Source, or God-Source, He/She/It never makes any mistake.

Note: Did you know that the origin of the process of healing, even cicatrization (from a scar) is still Not explained by Science? How it disappear? 

  1. Here are some personal examples…With this belief , I have already recovered from:

* Left eye nerve paralysis,
* Arthritis of the right hand ,
* Right eye , corneal abrasion, a scratch on cornea 
* Arthritis in both knees ,
* And various other health problems.

2 Behold Nature
Lose yourself in the contemplation of nature, people, and away from your problems. Focus on the beauty of the flora, wild life, and let your problems float away. 

3 Take Care of Your Projects
For example, when my left eye was paralyzed, we were moving. I put a patch on it, and shopped for furniture, drove everyday,  built from scratch a huge walking closet (dim: 3 yds X 2.5 yds X 5 yds!). Then, I put wall paper in 3 medium sized rooms. All I did was to  focus on my moving and projects. 

4 Laugh, be positive,
Go on YouTube, there are plenty of clips that are very funny and positive note: if you like some movies, you can get clips on youtube. (Dumb and Dumber, Jack Black, OSS 117, Seinfeld,and such) . Read funny books, watch comedies, laugh with your friends.  

5 Make a List
 Make a list of all the good things (see above) with genuine gratitude. Keep you mind on the watch for any positive experience in your life, and the ones unfolding. (… Life fully in the present moment-Here and Now).

6 Be of Service
I know it’s a bit simple, but to serve others, it’s going to cheer you up because you realize that you are useful in the lives of others.  Do this with all your will, Not because you have to! 

7 Meditate
Take the time to empty your mind. Let silence do its job.
It’s amazing the things that happen to those who meditate.

8. RELAX!

More and more doctors agree to the main reason (or Reason #1)  of health problems are due to … STRESS. That is a fact: stress get people sick, ill, and sometimes even kills!  Beside relaxing in a long bath with salts, you also can draw, paint, or just play! (playing with other people is more fun if you can do this). 

Now, you have all the basic tools to heal yourself now.  I hope this short List will help you to heal.  The most important to heal is to keep positive , expect healing, and release your desire to heal to God-Source-Universe-Higher Self.  Detach yourself from the outcome is what is crucial too.  Warning: The more you think about it, the longer it will manifest, because you are creating another condition, a condition of Need, which generates more need. (“Like attracts like!”, “What you resist persist.”)
