I like this short meditation. If you don’t have the 15 to 30 minute, this meditation will guide you, and clear your mind. Before you create, work on your projects, and make any step in your life, meditation is strongly recommended.

Thanks and Gratitude

When You wake up, stay a little while, eyes open, and say “Thank you” to your creation partner,  God-Source-Universe.  Thank Him/Her for what you have, you do, and you are. Example: “God-Universe, Thank you for being healthy; thank you for my family; thank you for my place; thank you for my job; thank you for my car, etc.”

Focus on what you have

Focus only on what you already have, not on what you want. This will put your mind (subconscious mind) in gear for creating what you want.

Drink a large glass of water, with Gratitude.

Meditate for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Write down and say aloud what you want to attract in your life.

Exercise or walk for 10-20 minutes.

Before going to sleep, thank again God-Source-Universe for what you experienced during the day.

If it was a “bad” day, thank Him/Her for the hidden good (or lesson)  that the day brought you. If anything, that the experience gave you “character and strength”.
