This piece of information is valuable to save your environment! Summer is ending … now is the time for you to get into the garden and plant a tree. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Trees for a Green LA Program in partnership with Million Trees LA is giving away free shade trees to Los Angeles City residents. Planting a shade tree is beneficial to your environment. You can enjoy cool natural shade and cleaner air, while improving your neighborhood. To receive your FREE shade trees through the Trees for a Green LA program (TFGLA) and have it delivered for free, just follow the following simple steps:
1. Complete an online workshop , very easy to complete.
2. Submit your completed tree order and site plan map.
3. LADWP will deliver the trees to your home; you then plant and care for them.
Note: You must be a customer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to receive your free trees.
