Here is an efficient clearing method suggested by Hale Dwoskin in his Method, called Sedona. When you go about with your affirmations, and if any limiting belief intrudes in , as if haunting your mind, your first reaction naturally to tend to ignore, cancel out, repress , or even resist these limiting thoughts or emotions. Alas, this keep them coming in your mind!  Instead, Let your mind experience the feeling , and after that release that.

Most people say that to close their eyes help them to be more concentrated on  their feelings or emotion.       Here is the process that you can take, when you have a negative or limiting money related thought coming up to your mind.

Question 1: “What is my feeling, at this moment?”

Concentrate on what emotion you feel as you sense a limiting negative thought  comes up to you.

Question 2: “Can I Welcome it?”

Simply welcome the negative or limiting feeling or emotion.

Question 3:  “Could I let it go?”

Here, you choose an answer: yes or no.

Question 4: “Would I let it go?”

Ask this to yourself. Are you prepared,to let this feeling go?

Question 5: “When?”

You can answer this question with: Now!

Lather, Rinse, Repeat

Then simply repeat this process as much as you need, until you are free of your limiting or negative emotion, sticking to your affirmation. Through your feelings, you will know when you are done and feel free!

Jack Canfield,  a recognized author and success coach, suggest the following exercise, a kind of love meditation.

Whenever we feel out of phase, it is when our heart beat and our brain waves are not in alignment with each other. Here is a practice to be in a state of alignment. Also by doing this you get in a state of appreciation.

See in your mind’s eye that you are breathing in through your heart, instead of your lungs.

Close your eyes and focus on your heart. Then imagine that there is an opening in your chest where you can inhale through,  in place of your nose or your mouth.

Next imagine that you are filling up, like being charged, with Love and gratitude.  Each time you exhale your heart stays the same, but every time you inhale, your heart grows a little larger.

Next, focus on a person or some thing that you really love and appreciate. It can be your spouse, your mate, your son or daughter, your dog or cat, your car, a piece of art, your choice.

Practice for 3 to 4 minutes, you will be in an wonderful overjoyed state. Then,  while in that state ask  “What is the solution to this problem?”  Say that you are having difficulty with a person at home or at your work place, or you are not manifesting a goal you have in your heart.  Next, you may say, “What do I need to know, how can I be more effective to achieve this goal?”

The result is: You will get better answers from your heart than you would get from your head.   You have been taught how to think logically with your brain. But when you find yourself in a state of gratitude, of appreciation,  you will access deeper wisdom.

IMG_0037There is Power in Forgiveness. Forgiveness is a quality that dominates many others. Forgiveness is also a state of Gratitude. By forgiving, we liberate ourselves (and others) , set our mind and soul free, and add good energy in the world. Forgiveness also helps to clear our mind, setting a receiving (and allowing) state of mind, which helps to find our balance and inner peace. When we are in this state of mind, we are receiving others in our world and elevating the Universal energy, we help our world to heal, we reconnect with our soul brothers and sisters, and help to make the world a better one. Let us make a Forgiveness Day a habit, and repeat this wonderful action as often as possible. Thank you for making us aware for this day.

He is one of my favorite speakers in the Secret. This is one way to look at the Law of Attraction. I could not put it in better words.         Rev. Ohm 1You can create your ideal life, through the influence on you conscious and subconscious mind. You are aware of our conscious thoughts ; nevertheless, it is of outmost importance to become aware of your subconscious thoughts.

Your subconscious mind is leading your life, and since your negative thoughts are like a constant negative recording playing in your mind, you are constantly sending negative vibration. You must reprogram your subconscious mind and shift your negative subconscious and conscious thoughts into positive ones.

You can do this by observing carfully your beliefs and your self-image. By doing this, you can start eliminating negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Of you don’t remove this negative self-talk, you reduce your capacity to create and manifest your desires and your ideal experiences .

Many have the obstinate inclination to keep hold of an old negative pattern of thought and self-image.  Through the years of your life, you have become adapted to your concept of reality and you have a tendency to stick to your subconscious beliefs of shortage, inadequacy, doubt, and even fear.

Number of these limiting thoughts and feelings originate from past incidents and experiences that your have assimilated over the years and turned into your own personal belief system.  These negative ideas  interfere with your desires and keep you from realizing  your successful potential life. If you do not make a conscious decision to deal with them, release them and let go of them, you will not be able to succeed in the creation of your ideal life.

Beliefs are your consistent thoughts, and you can modify them with daily affirmation, positive self-talk, behavior modifications, and visualization methods  . All these are efficient tools for releasing your old negative thoughts from your subconscious.

The Process

Through repetition, the conscious mind passes it to your subconscious mind, which in turn becomes the basis to create your reality. We see the world as we are, and we create our reality as we think. This is a very important fact , that you need to remind yourself often. Your thought patterns need to be focused on a positive direction, so your life will turn to a more positive life. Enjoy!

Here is a List of Actions to change your life. These are habits you can get used to do, and see how your life will turn around.

1.Start reading books and watch movies about self~empowerment (click Here for a sample list)To do this will boost your energy level, and empower your general outlook on life.

2. (heart)  Write a description of your ideal relationship (you also can cut out a picture and paste your photo next to him). Feed it as many details as possible. Use your senses to imagine your vision and make it as live as possible.      Then read it aloud to yourself, visualize him with all your positive emotions , as if he already is with you.

3. Try to watch/listen great public speakers such as, Wayne Dyer in public,  best or on Public Television; he usually speaks on Saturday or Sundays. I strongly recommend him. He is one of the best Life Changing Philosophers and speakers . (click Here for a list of his books )

4. Try to spend time with very positive people. They will give you a more positive outlook on your life, concerns, problems you may have.Positive people will raise your energy level, make you smile, laugh, and be in a general happy feeling state.

4b. Avoid talking with gossipers and complainers. They will lower your energy, and drain your inner power. If you happen to find yourself among such people, either invent a reason you have to leave, or change the topic of conversation to a more positive one. For instance, say, “By the way, have you seen/ heard about [positive idea/news/discovery/health improvement]?”

5. If you talk to too many people you meet about your problem, try not to do that. Talking about your problem is feeding to it, and makes it bigger and bigger! If they already know about it and want to talk about it, say “I am dealing with it right now, but I would prefer not to talk about it for now…”

6. Start your Journal of Gratitude and list each evening 5 events you are grateful for. Even the minute ones: I saw a beautiful smile, I heard a bird singing. This is always a great way to be omre in the positive side, to raise your energy. By doing this, you will find more and more events to motivate you and be in a more open , happy mood. Happy mood will raise you energy, and the higher your energy, the stronger you attract good things to you.

7. Try to meditate as often as possible, in a quiet room, away from any distraction, for 10 to 15 minutes , I give you several guided meditations for you to follow on my site. Most are guided meditations.

8. From time to time, let go. that means: stop the visualization, and let God. This is where many people fail. It is easy to visualize some event, to imagine the emotions, to see what you want and what you don’t want, but to let go and let God~Universe create seems difficult, because we start to think but what do I have to let go? why do I have to lose control? Well , this is the only way to make “it” work. So , with humility, belief, and trust let’s leave it up to God~Universe and leave the rest of the “work” to Him/Her…

9. Believe. When I say “Believe” it is that you “know” your ideal life is coming .  Notice the God Winks, with little clues telling you: I am on it. You will see them more and more as you go. It is like a treasure map game, where you find clues to tell you you are getting closer to the treasure.

This is my gift to you. Use this list. Energize yourself , nurture your inner mind, elevate your inner self. Great surprises are on their way.  Miracles are around you , start being open and you will see them appearing to you. and your big miracles will come to you.

Never give up hope, you are Not alone. God-Source-Creator is there, watching for you. Expect miracles, and watch your life changing! Believe, believe, believe!

One important step in attracting what you want is to let Go and let God~Universe deliver your desire .
To summarize:
first: write down / find a picture of your desire
second: energize your desire through visualization (and /or emotion)
third: visualize your self in the presence of the desire.
fourth: Let Go and Let God~Universe produce your desire for you.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT stay in the feeling of Need (aka state of Need). Why? Because you will be delivered More of this “Need feeling”. Think of God~Universe as a Source of abundance who will get you more of what you already have.

For Example: You are in the state of Love, God~Source will give you more. You are in the state of Need of Love, God will give you more of it. You see, what you feel is as important of what you want.
You have to release at one point, to let go, and let God~Source deliver. This is the real secret of “REAL-ization” of your dreams.
For example, focus on you desire for a month. write how you want your true love to be, look at the picture, feel how you would feel, see what you would see, and visualize your love. then, let go. Do not focus on it as much, just believe. Give your dream, your desire to God, Trust God. Then, this will Realize your desire, to come true. Look around you. Everything you have, are, done, you have thought about it before. Everything you accomplished stemmed from your Beliefs.

Here is some tips to visualize your love.      First, When you visualize your Love, not only seen her/him, but feel him, hear his voice, smell his scent, and feel how it feels in your heart as you are already with him.
Second, take a piece of paper and describe your perfect Partner. Describe him/her physically, and his/her qualities; patient, romantic, and son on.
The KissThird, cut out a picture of your ideal partner (from a periodical, brochure, magazine) and paste a photo of yourself next to her/him, and the ideal place you want to live with him in the background. Then, look at the picture each day, and Believe you are with her/him. Place your visualizing photo close to your bed, so then you sleep and dream about her/him.
Please, do not be afraid of being alone! This is also a Belief, a negative Belief.  Likes attract likes. What you think most attracts more of it. The Universe is there to deliver what your mind is focused on. God-Source-Universe: “You think about that a lot?=let me send you more of that!”
