Meditation Approaches

The following are direction on other Meditation approaches.   

(inspired by Hearts on Fire the Tao of Meditation by Stephen Wolinsky, Phd.)

 As I previously written, meditation is the act of observing your thoughts and not taking any step to try to solve the thought, detach, observe, and let it go…

 Practice1 : Close your eyes. Sit for 7 to 10 minutes. Notice the sounds around you. everytime there is a thought, ask yourself, “Where does this thought come from? Answer;” from me.”
