Write even the seemingly most little progress in your life.  You will be surprised how being grateful can trigger more positive events to be in turn grateful for.  This is a positive habit that can bear many wonderful fruit to you. The more you do it, the more your life will change in the most astonishing way. Remember: Like attracts like!

Say or Write Affirmations Every Day

This is an important step in your dream life realization. First, the Conscious repeat of affirmations will eventually go into your subconscious mind. Then the subconscious mind will in turn create or more precisely trigger the creation and realization of your dreams. So it is of great importance to write your affirmation and say it out loud afterwards, everyday.

Take a moment everyday to Meditate Quietly

Meditation is the action of letting go of all your thoughts, clear your mind, and open up to God-Universe energy. Be like a cup, let go of your ego, fill up with positive Love energy (imagine a white light descending on your head), and then you will attract more positive energy. Try to listen to soft music during meditation time, or repeat the word Ohm. Chose what you feel more comfortable to practice.
